How to add exact target subscription list check boxes on webform for Drupal7?

How to add exact target subscription list check boxes on webform for Drupal7?

Installed webform_exact_target("7.x-1.0-alpha1"),
exact_target_api("7.x-1.0-rc2") & webform("7.x-3.19") modules. Configured
'Exact Traget' module settings. Created webform, added fields i.e.
components & mapped those fields to exact target fields. Getting
Subscription list checkboxes only under 'Exact Target setting' tab for
webform to select subscriptions. Not able to add those subscription list
selection on webform, so that user can select some options from
subscription list for which he/she has to subscribe(based on his/her
interest). How should I do it?
