Pushtopic query for Large text area?

Pushtopic query for Large text area?

Error Updating Push Topic: large text area fields are not supported.
While subscribing to Salesforce from Streaming API i need to do pushtopic.
When I am trying to do that i am getting the above error. In my query i
need to get updates for large text area field. Is there any work around ?
Example: Select id,data from table Note: data is large text area.
